July 4th Pt 4 The Fireworks!

I love to watch the fireworks, I love to watch the kids watching the fireworks, but I really love watching my husband set off the fireworks! His face lights up like a kid on Christmas morning! Last night we had about an hour of fireworks. We had so many fireworks the older kids got bored and started playing basketball! The men however set off every single fountain they had, audience or not! It was a brilliant show I must say. Very sparkly and poppy. The twins actually did ok, they were not happy about it but I didn't have to take them in the house either so it was a good experience in my book. The boys loved the sparklers and tried to catch every object within their vicinity on fire. Lyvie wasn't sure about them at first, but after swallowing a few tears and gathering up her courage she was actually able to enjoy her sparkler too! I read some tips on how to take great pictures of fireworks but in the end I decided I would have to have a much nicer camera to fully produce award winning photos. So, here are my point and shoot pictures of our firework fun!
