La Purisma

While visiting my brother and Jennifer in Lompoc we decided to go to the mission nearby. What a great idea! We hot it on a good day, they had the mission come alive with people reenacting all of the different jobs within the mission. It was so much fun! We saw soap making, candle making, tortilla and bread making, played Native American games, visited the jail, and toured the church and grounds. It was a lot of fun and very informative. Sometimes spontaneous trips don't go well but this one will be a treasured memory for years to come!
